Customer Success Specialist with English

Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for customer satisfaction, maintaining client communication (via chats and e-mails), and overall care of user success/experience using our software
- Developing strong working relationships with assigned customers and providing immediate support in research and resolution of problems and inquiries
- Knowing our client’s products inside and out (and demonstrating this through product knowledge tests) to be able to answer any customer questions and act as a subject matter expert
- Providing feedback on the efficiency/effectiveness of the customer service process to managers
- Providing feedback on digital and physical product improvements based on customer and own experience
Requirements:
- You are ready to work full-time
- You are comfortable working in target driven environment
- You have a deep passion for customer support and success and around 1 year of professional experience in customer support or customer success
- You hold a university degree
- You are exceptionally strong in spoken and written English (at least C1)
- You are organized and detail-oriented
- You are a self-starter, comfortable working in a dynamic environment with international colleagues
- You are a fast learner with technical understanding
- You are able to perform and manage multiple tasks at the same time while focusing on the detail
- You are resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
- You have some flexibility in hours
